I’ve always loved hanging out with Eileen — she’s smart, funny, and just easy to be around. But after touring her Fairytale Brownie factory in Phoenix, I walked away genuinely in awe. She and her business partner, David Kravetz, bake and ship over seven million brownies a year. Yes, seven million! Hard to believe when you hear that back in 1992 they were borrowing a friend’s kitchen just to get started.
